No Refunds: Once you have purchased VBA Uplevel or VBA Elite Mastermind, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This policy is in place because our program involves significant preparation, allocation of resources, and provision of proprietary materials that cannot be returned or reused. Once the program has been accessed this his policy is enabled.

Access and Availability: Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to VBA Uplevel or VBA Elite Mastermind. This instant access to digital content and resources is a key feature of our offering and forms the basis for our no-refund policy.

VBA Membership Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your VBA Membership, you may do so at any time by providing written notice to F-Stop Academy. F-Stop Academy is under no obligation to refund any of the fees paid up to the date of receiving the notice and where a payment plan arrangement is in place, the remaining unpaid instalments will still be payable to F-Stop Academy for the duration of the membership term. F-Stop Academy may cancel a member’s membership at any time by providing notice to the member including the reasons for the cancellation and a pro-rata refund will be issued to the member for the unused portion of the membership period. Where a member breaches this agreement or the VBA code of conduct and F-Stop Academy cancels a member’s membership, F-Stop Academy is under no obligation to refund fees paid the member or waive any payment arrangement obligations still outstanding at the time of the cancellation notice being provided.

VBA &  F-Stop Academy Australia Pty Ltd Event Changes
If, for any reason, F-Stop Academy deems it necessary to change the event date/s, venue, facilitator/s, speaker/s, content, time, duration or any other component of the VBA Membership, it may do so by notifying you in writing of the changes and you shall have no claim for a refund, compensation or reimbursement of expenses incurred including for travel accommodation and the like.

VBA &  F-Stop Academy Australia Pty Ltd Program & Content Changes.
If for any reason VBA deems it necessary to change or amend the VBA program in any way, it may do so by notifying you in writing of the changes and you shall have no claim for a refund orcompensation.

VBA & F-Stop Academy Australia Pty Ltd Event Cancellation
If, for any reason, F-Stop Academy deems it necessary to do so, it may cancel an event by notifying you in writing. In such a case, F-Stop Academy will endeavour to hold the event on an alternate date or alternatively may extend a member’s membership to cover an equivalent event held on a future date. Where your membership is extended due to event cancellation, the extension includes one additional event only. Should F-Stop Academy be unable to reschedule the cancelled event or extend your membership, you shall have no claim upon F-Stop Academy for a refund, compensation or reimbursement of expenses incurred, including for travel accommodation and the like.

VBA Membership Payments
All payments and/or instalments due and payable to F-Stop Academy must be paid before thecommencement of an event, coaching sessions or other services. F-Stop Academy may refuse your entry to an event or may not provide you with access to other services until such time as payments are up to date.

Confidentiality
As the VBA program depends upon the interaction between members and F-Stop Academy staff, any information regarding the businesses and practices of F-Stop Academy and the other VBA program members must be protected. You agree to keep confidential all such information disclosed as part of the VBA membership or at an event. This does not extend to information that is not confidential or is in the public domain or where such information is expressly provided on the basis that it is not confidential or may be disclosed by you.

Intellectual Property & Copyright
All material presented to you as part of the membership, through the members’ portal and during the event(s) for which you are enrolling is subject to copyright and other intellectual property and proprietary rights All intellectual property and proprietary rights, including copyright, in the materials remains the property of the holders of the rights, and the presentations may not be recorded, nor the materials used or reproduced without the written permission of the holder of such rights.

General
The laws of the state of Queensland, Australia govern this document and the agreementscontemplated by it and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in that state in relation to same. Should any part of this document be determined by a court to be void, illegal or unenforceable, it must be varied to give effect to the intention of this document or severed without affecting the enforceability of the other provisions. Your rights and obligations under this document are personal and cannot be assigned, transferred, novated, charged or otherwise dealt with except with the written consent of both a Director of  F-Stop Academy Australia Pty Ltd, which may be withheld or provided on terms. This document and the terms of anyinvitation may not be varied except with the written approval of a Director of F-Stop Academy Australia Pty Ltd, which may be withheld or provided on terms. All terms, conditions and warranties implied by statute or common law that are validly excludable are excluded from the agreements referred to in this document. Where terms, conditions and warranties are not so excluded, F-Stop Academy’s liability for breach of them is limited to the total amount paid by you to F-Stop Academy during the then-current term of our agreement.

Volition
You acknowledge and agree that the decision to accept an offer for membership or renewal of that membership on the terms and conditions contained in this document and the invitation/offer attaching it and the invitation is your own and that you have not been pressured or coerced into making this decision. Furthermore, you accept responsibility for the results you achieve during your VBA Membership and any subsequent results after your membership ends.

VBA Elite Membership Portal
As part of the VBA Membership, F-Stop Academy provides access to the VBA Membership Skool Portal containing content from previous F-Stop Academy events, webinars, third-party content and various other resources provided and updated from time to time. F-Stop Academy may add, remove or replace any content contained in the VBA Membership Portal at its absolute discretion. F-Stop Academy provides no guarantees or warranties for third-party content contained in the VBA Membership Portal. Full access to the VBA Membership Portal will be provided to you for as long as your membership is up to date and all amounts due to F-stop Academy have been paid.

VBA – Code of Conduct
For the benefit of all members and F-Stop Academy, VBA Membership is governed by the VBA –Code of Conduct. By agreeing to the terms of this document, you agree to be bound by the VBA – Code of Conduct, the breach of which may result in dismissal from the group and cancellation of your VBA Membership. It is at the absolute discretion of F-Stop Academy to determine if any member has breached the VBA – Code of Conduct. A copy of the VBA Elite – Code of Conduct is provided in the members portal.

Filming Disclaimer

You acknowledge and understand that any program or event provided as part of the membership may be recorded audio-visually and in writing. The recording in any format may be used by F-Stop Academy including for promotional and marketing purposes. You irrevocably authorise F-Stop Academy and VBA event guest speakers to use your voice, materials, name or likeness for their purposes and in future promotional materials*, print, online and/or in any other format. Note - No sensitive personal or financial information will be shared without your express consent.

Financial Disclaimer

All information provided to you as part of your VBA Membership, via the portal, or at an event, during coaching sessions or other means, is general information only and has been prepared without considering your personal objectives, financial situation or needs. F-Stop Academy does not provide financial, taxation or accounting advice. You should consider any information or suggestions provided in light of your personal and business objectives, financial situation and needs before acting or refraining from taking any step.

Third Party Providers

As part of the VBA Membership, F-Stop Academy may utilise the services of third parties to provide content and information. F-Stop Academy takes no responsibility for the services nor guarantees the performance of any product or service provided by third parties. Members are under no obligation to use the goods or services of third parties and should always compare services/products to find one which best meets their objectives, financial situation and needs.

Referral Of VBA Members

The VBA Group and program have been designed to provide the highest level of support and content quality and has a deliberate structure. To do this, F-Stop Academy has established key relationships with third-party providers. To seek to ensure that VBA Members are given the greatest opportunity to utilise the structure of the VBA program correctly, F-Stop Academy requires that you do not refer other VBA Members to third party providers not recommended by F-Stop Academy. If such a referral is required, authorisation from F-Stop Academy is required prior to the member being referred to the third-party provider.Authorisation will not be unreasonably withheld.

Non-Disclosure Of Financial Arrangements

By agreeing to the terms and conditions contained in this document, you agree not to disclose the financial arrangement F-stop Academy Australia has provided to you for VBA Membership. F-Stop Academy Australia Pty Ltd sees future intakes for the VBAProgram potentially being at a higher entry-level price and therefore to ensure other members are not disadvantaged, please refrain from discussing costs or terms agreed between you and F-Stop Academy Australia.

F-Stop Academy disclaims all and any guarantees, undertakings and warranties, expressed or implied, and shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including human or computer error, negligent or otherwise, by one or more of the authorities, or incidental or consequential loss or damage) arising out of or in connection with any use or reliance on the information or advice provided during your VBA Membership or at any F-Stop Academy event, during a VBA coaching session or in any other forum. As the user, you accept sole responsibility associated with the use of the material obtained, irrespective of thepurpose for which such use or results are applied.
